I hear the Netherlands are the most liberial for adult. Are there any better ones?

Almost all EU countries are liberal. But course the Netherlands is a best place ever for such a business.

except for abortion or euthanasia (which some consider to be murder) there is no legal way to kill people in this country. We don't even have the death penalty.

Yes and the beauty of this is that people can decide for themselves what is best for their lives. Yet in other country's they feel the need to decide for others what is best. I wonder why that is, I guess they just are not as tolerant as we are. from my point of view it is more humane, we are a more civilized country.
