yeah 190hp at like 7000 rpm, and like 85 hp till vtecs engage

that dashboard is too riced up...

Unitl v-techs engage? It's doing it's magic all the time. Retiming the valves dependant on rpm.

But yeah, it does looka wesome. the tach is what got me.

i hate digital displays. just something else to break.

on honda's website they only go upto the EX which is 140HP. When's this 190Si come out?

I am not sure about that but I would not buy a car powered by V-TECH. Honda's don't work of phone technology. If it is powered by V-TECH then the car is rated at 900mhz. Not much more than that. Hardly a sports car. lol. Anyways, with the right mods, this car can easily get to the 500hp range. It has been done and so much more with a honda. A civic powered by V-TEC is the way to go!!!! :thumbsup

And the new iVtec engines suck, correct me if im wrong here, but I believe its a 2 stage vtec which is different then the old regular vtec engines.

Hahaha you dipshit, what is it with Americans and comparing cars that aren't even in the same class? Mustang = RWD V8. Civic = FWD 100-200 hp (Depending on model). Have you ever watched a show where they review cars? They can praise the civics handling prowess and acceleration because they compare it to similarily priced, similarily designed vehicles.

I'm not gonna buy another Honda until they got on the ball and release another type-r here. Sure I could buy an older Integra type-r, except it'd be stolen 12 minutes after I pulled into my garage :disgust

They have type-s now, same thing as a type-r just a new name.

I wish my car had v-tech. It actually has vtec. But hey, it's okay to hate on something you don't even know the name of!

Type-s also has 10 less hp because of a slightly lower compression ratio. The type-r also has a better interior and exterior :upsidedow
