Val Kilmer's best role ever.

OK....Perhaps I spoke out of turn. I have not seen this movie yet. "The Doors" I assume? I'll have to check it out if you say it's a better role for him because no matter how many times I watch Tombstone....He nails that part very very well. |
He was good in The Saint.

I suppose Batman Forever is on your list as well? |
Aaron you're forgetting Willow!
I love that movie. |
One of his beat was The Doors for sure..under rated actor, extremely talented

Quote:
Hell no....but Willow certainly is! LOL actually, he was the great as the one-eyed dad in that ubergay flick Alexander |
The Saint I tell you!!
|
|
real genius
|
He made a great doc holiday for sure. "I'm your huckleberry" :thumbsup
|
The Doors is great. Meg Ryan and him are just perfect working together. I think he is great in tombstone.

You did not speak out of turn :1orglaugh Tombstone was his best. I like when he tells Billy Bob Thornton's character "you may go now" lol. |
Aw, c'mon - Val's best role was as John Holme's in Wonderland. This is a porn board fer chrissakes.
http://www.dvdoo.com/dvdoo/images/mo...ders_2dk_f.jpg The book ("No One Here Gets Out Alive") was far better than the Oliver Stone's weak Doors movie, and the next best flick for Kilmer was "Heat". So there! ADG Webmaster |
I concur, I'll be your Huckleberry!
|
Quote:
Are you kidding me? Heat is an OK flick and all but FAR from his best work. |
The Saint

I thought he was pretty good in Heat :2 cents: |

Batman!!!

If you have a decent home theater system then put on the Heat DVD, skip to the shootout in front of the bank, and crank up the volume. That's my favorite shoot out scene. :ak47: |

In my living room it feels like you are sitting in the car next to them while they are firing out the windows. :thumbsup |

Wonderland rocks!!! http://www.impawards.com/2003/posters/wonderland.jpg |
1. Tombstone
2. The Doors 3. Wonderland 4. The Salton Sea |
that movie 'willow'
lol |
Quote:
He was awesome in Willow, too. :thumbsup |
I kind of liked him in Real Genius
|
He had some bad ass moves with that tin cup :thumbsup
Doc Holliday for sure. |
Actually, I liked Dennis Quaid as Doc Holliday a lot better - no knock on Kilmer.
Have you guys seen Spartan? It's another low-key release with this guy, and I thought he did a fantastic job in it. Another good movie with him is The Ghost and the Darkness. Heat's a good movie, and Kilmer is solid, but it's a supporting role. He makes the most of it, but it's a Pacino/DeNiro film. |

fucking amazing movie, Kilmer's best in a long time...but, my personal favorite is the already mentioned Nick Rivers in Top Secret and of course Jim Morrison in The Doors |
I never liked Val Kilmer. He's the worst Batman ever.
