I have a " CLEAN " townhouse renting out for $400 a day , 3 floors, sunken living room, 3 bedrooms, split level w/ leopord shin couches in Encino in heart of the valley , not to mention 3000 sq ft of studio space in Canoga Park with numerous sets for the same price.

Then start a diferent thread with pictures of all 4 bedrooms and strip club and don't forget the totally private & shootable from any angle backyard with pool & jacuzzi. POV, love the pad for the most part. The color rooms to me are a little harsh but to each their own. I would however get on that mildue issue in the bathroom (trust me I know mold/fungus) as soon as possible.

I didnt stay for free, i didnt stay at all. You invited me to come there and when I got there after driving all nite , you werent home. And the talent was EXTREMELY high on dope and no showed. LOL I didnt put your place down, just said it was a bit pricey. I have changed also in the past 2 years. And if you saw our operation,,, as many people have, youd see what I mean..
