POV, love the pad for the most part. The color rooms to me are a little harsh but to each their own. I would however get on that mildue issue in the bathroom (trust me I know mold/fungus) as soon as possible.

I didnt stay for free, i didnt stay at all. You invited me to come there and when I got there after driving all nite , you werent home. And the talent was EXTREMELY high on dope and no showed. LOL I didnt put your place down, just said it was a bit pricey. I have changed also in the past 2 years. And if you saw our operation,,, as many people have, youd see what I mean.. The different color schemes actually are well suited to porn. I can't stand rooms that all look the same.

The day price seems very fair as well. Try and get that many views in your average 5-star hotel (while also staying under the radar).

Oh I'm sure that Joe AMA will not have the integrity to use another thread to sell his wares, he'll spam mine. And, if he does post pictures, which he doesn't have the balls to do, they will be of a normal looking apartment with all white walls and the set decorating will resemble a frat crash pad. And, if anyone rents it, you will have to ssshhhhhh!!!! ssssshhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! while shooting so as not to disturb the neigbors.

BTW - I'm getting started on the backyard set styling today. Last summer we did 90% of our shoots outside. I'm a MASTER gardener & lanscaper.
