only a few weeks left until hilary implodes

according to judge nap, hilarys cronies were grilled last week. one of them was alleged to use the "i dont remember" defense repeatedly. Red meat for the jonnys. next week hilary will be interviewed.

the FBI will recommend charges on hilary's aides, will find that foreign entities got hold of classified info her aides xferred to her server. At this point it wont matter whether loretta lynch indicts. the superdelegates will flee out the exits. if hilary doesnt bow out, look for fireworks at the convention.

ironically the superdelegate system will save dems come november. bernie/warren ticket will be born. that would be a trump slayer.

:2 cents:

i've noticed a slew of these sorts of articles over the last couple of days. they all have the same message- that the FBI has found no intent to break the laws. unfortunately, intent is not a requirement for guilt.

officer, i didn't mean to be going 125mph.
oh, OK, you're free to go.

no.

she may or may not be exonerated, higher up elitists like hillary have gotten a free pass/slap on the wrist for illegal activity like this before, but whether she/ her staff intended to break laws or not isn't important.

Illegal activity? According to who? Trump?
Thats like someone was using "accused felon" term the other day. I can accuse you of a lot of things but that would not make you a felon.

Last time I checked he is the one under investigation of fraud under so called "university".

yeah i guess they launched a 2nd FBI investigation after reading her emails, & gave immunity to her IT guy, & withheld 22 of her emails because they were too sensitive, & interviewed her lackeys, for nothing. guccifer & putin got her emails. no crime here, according to horatio caine.

Suspected illegal activity. She's certainly not being investigated by the FBI for legal activity.

Where have we heard this before....

Reagan Testimony IranContra | User Clip | C-SPAN.org

I'm sorry, but this is a lot of excitement about nothing. Setting up a private email server for the Secretary Of State was common practice - Powell and Rice both did it, and they are Republicans.

They are talking about charging her with a violation that applies to any government official who ?knowingly and willfully communicates? information ?to an unauthorized person"? Hillary will just argue that the information wasn't classified, or they didn't know it was classified, and that it was sent to someone in the state department who should have been authorized to receive in the first place.

Of course, the Republican side will continue saying "she lied". LOL. Let's be realistic here. Hillary Clinton doesn't remember the contents of each email, who sent them, and if any of them received classified information. How many emails were on that server? Twenty thousand?

The Republican party constantly backs themselves into a corner where they loose no matter what. Even if they win, they loose. They almost defeated Obamacare. Imagine if tens of millions of people suddenly lost their healthcare in the United States, and these tens of millions of people went without healthcare for two or three years until our government unfucks themselves. The Republican party almost pulled it off.

This is the same exact thing - Let's just say Hillary is found guilty and gets a fine. That's a huge win for the Republicans, right? Not so much. We'll have to investigate Powell and Rice, because they did the same thing. And then we'll need to investigate members of Congress, because we have members of Congress who have used private email servers.

But what, let's not stop there. Bush, Rubio, Walker, Christie, and Perry ALL used private email servers while in office. While it's unlikely they had any classified information, it's most likely they violated both federal and state laws about how they handled their information, and what information the should have released by didn't.

Even if the Republican wins and Hillary is charged, it will be minor, and then we'll spend the next four years ripping into and investigating dozens of Republicans. Hillary will go on to be President, and lots of Republicans will loose their careers because of it.

hello rochard. the facts are that the other secretaries you cite used gmail/hotmail type public email accounts, & did not use them as primary accounts, did not transfer state secrets to them.

thats why they did not get investigation by FBI, only hilary. she was the only one to use unsecured private SERVER, not email, to fully 100% administer all her government business. AKA, she cut the govt out of storing her business emails. nobody else did that rochard. get it right.

please, i know you have good intentions. but you need to do more work & determine facts before making judgments/conclusions. your facts are not correct.

Not at all. Instead, the GOP is using the FBI in to make Hillary look bad.

If this is a serious investigation, why isn't the investigation looking to Powell or Rice, or members of Congress? It's because the GOP is pushing to punish Hillary - Or perhaps not punish her, but make her look bad before an election.

Again, this gets the Republican party base all fired up while everyone else is asking why this is an issue? We are investigating Hillary Clinton more than we investigated the largest terrorist attack in American history that killed thousands did billions of dollars in damage and resulted in the United States military invading a country... All of this investigating so we can give Hillary Clinton a black eye and parking ticket?

This is Monica Lewinsky all over again. Let's invest all of our time, money, and effort, into investigating something that doesn't matter and won't change a damn thing.

FYI 'intent' is an element of many crimes over a lesser offense. Criminal Fraud requires proof of the element of intent BTW. See the legal definition of 'mens ria'.

IMHO, the investigation will wrap up in a few weeks without Clinton being charged. Some will say, all that over nothing, others will claim conspiracy, as always.

I agree. They will ultimately say there is not enough evidence to charge her with a crime. The left will claim all of this was a witch hunt. The right will say she got away with a crime (or multiple crimes) and in a few weeks after that it will mostly be forgotten.

In the event this goes to trial, "intent" will be a huge part of it. They will look at intent and damage. The was no bad intention, and there was no damage. If she intended to give these documents to a foreign government, she would go to prison for the rest of her life. But that clearly wasn't her intention. Her only intention here was to do her job. And this investigation has caused more damage than anything else.

The problem is the Republican party cannot seem to beat her on her track record. Her track record is unremarkable and not impressive - name one thing Hillary Clinton did as Secretary of State or in Congress? - but they know they cannot go head to head with her. So instead they attack her.

Best case scenario for the Republican party is this eventually goes to trial, most likely long after this election is over, and Hillary is found guilty and has to pay a fine. Tens of millions of dollars wasted, countless man hours of the FBI and justice department, and in the end nothing changes.

It show's that what she did was common practice as both those who held her exact job position did the same thing.

Again, she's a lying cunt but it's gonna be extremely hard for anyone to make a case out of this. The only reason it's even an issue is because Republicans whined until the FBI was forced to investigate.

If someone reported you to the FBI as funding terrorist, they would be by law obligated to investigate you. It's the same thing at work here. The FBI has to investigate if a supposed crime was reported.

Nothing will happen, it will be just like every other investigation republicans have wasted our time with concerning the Clintons.

Meanwhile Ollie North and Regan are their hero's and they won't say shit about Cheny exposing a Cia agent or all the lies the Bushes told.

Just more political grandstanding from the right. It's why no one cares anymore. They have cried wolf too many times..

if you were running FBI, what would you do? Clearly waiting and watching how things play out first would be smart thing to do...

obviously it doesn't mean that eventually she will get charged, but what you implied in your post is wrong... the fact that she wasn't charged yet, in no way proves that there is no evidence linking her to any wrongdoing...
