one of the possible solutions to the 2nd amendment problem is extremely strict laws for bad gun handling and use, especiallythat results in death, injury, loss of property, or threatening.

Harsh and long mandatory sentences, no parole, no pleas, no leeway by prosecutors, no excuses.

it's a legal solution, and you could actually make it happen politically.

Mandatory sentences are an abomination, but they are possible politically.

There are people that think stand your ground laws is a license to kill and I think there are some that buy a gun and just itch for a chance to use it. The poor kid. I think people should be able to have a gun but I think there should be screening and classes u must attend and continue to attend to keep your license. Give the tool the respect it should have.

The guy is out trying to make a living.......NOT selling crack.......NOT stealing.....Just working and most likely on straight commission to boot. Trespassing is one thing but as a salesman I pay attention to No soliciting signs and not so much No trespassing.

He really, really didn't want people on his property. He didn't have one sign, he had like...5? If you are stupid enough to ignore SEVERAL no trespassing signs, you kinda get what you deserve. And the guy? He felt like he made it very clear to people to stay off his property, and anyone who would ignore ALL THEM THAR SIGNS, probably had bad intentions in his mind.

Multiple NO TRESPASSING signs means, "I am crazy and anti social, come on my property and you get what you get." which in this case was a few rounds of high velocity served up hot and ready.
