Crazy scene, they've barricaded the people inside the park, they cannot leave.

The videographer has been forced away from the perimeter so he has an obstructed shot of the park.

looked like the guy was kicking the barricade, the cops said stop, then he started kicking it again and they chased him a smacked him around a bit.

the guy could have easily been black ops and they were counting on retaliation to bust alot of heads. this would explain the sudden influx of a few hundred cops on the sidelines.
