Popcorn is great for filling your stomache and stopping hunger.

Think how little corn there is prepopped!

dyna mo 02-27-2011 12:09 PM

nice work.

do you think the final 25 will drop as easy as this 30?

Vendzilla 02-27-2011 12:13 PM

Congrats,
My diet is working slowly, I figure if I lose it slowly, I won't gain it back quickly, LOL
But I just put a new buckle hole in my belt, pants were falling down

no, it's becoming harder. in the beginning i calculated a daily calorie amount of 1940 to lose 1 lbs per week. now it's at 1860.

on the other hand it's quite motivating to get feedback from people and noticing that no pants will fit anymore.

i recommend this site btw to keep track of the daily calorie intake, that helped a lot in the beginning: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ - they also have an Android and iPhone App

MasterM 02-27-2011 12:24 PM

doing a protein diet here , allready lost 6kg in 3weeks time... roxxxx

do you account for your alcohol carbs on liquor fridays? i would think that would throw the week's calorie deficit off eh? i mean, obviously you've lost the pounds, nevertheless.

it's not only the alcohol, it's the drunk order of 2 portions of scrambled eggs at McDonalds at 7 am before going to bed that don't help :1orglaugh

i have to be more disciplined the rest of the week to make up for that. but the more weight i lose, the less hungry i am. and i need smaller portions, feel stuffed more quickly now

so you must really eat at a deficit most the time? less than the 1860 average eh?

do you know what your body fat is ~?

right on, well, depending on how far away from minimum body fat (~4%) you are, that last 25 could go as easy as the 1st 30

Cam94 02-27-2011 04:50 PM

i got a $39 juicer from walmart 4 weeks ago. ive been juicing like crazy. drinking lots of water. egg whites for protein. vegetables. ive lost 30 pounds so far with no exercise. i never get hungry because im always bombarding my stomach with fresh nutrients and water. i sleep better, ruthless energy. easiest weight loss ive found yet

i hope you're right :)

but the weight i am looking to achieve (80 kilo at 1,82m) is not even my "ideal" weight - just normal. so i am not aiming at something ridiculous

You really think egg yolks are that bad? Seems like a waste not to eat them as well.
