Only if they add an obscenity count to the charges against him. There's no community standards component to the charges he currently faces, so far as I'm aware.

If you mean that he will be made an example in the sense of "careful where you do business" and not an example in the sense of a legal ruling, that's another story.... but in terms of an application of community standards to the case/charges, I don't think there's any prospect for that taking place unless they add a charge to which community standards are somehow relevant/applicable.

As much as I might not see eye to eye on what he does, I don't want to see any producer go down cause of a lying model. This could happen to any of us in any state or province. So all the best, and hopefully the truth will prevail. One thing I did notice in the xbiz article . When they listed sites he runs they left out crackwhoreconfessions. If this was intentional smart move. ;)

I hate how one-sided this has become.

What if he did knowingly do it? Wouldn't we want that kind of person out of our industry even if it brings undue attention? Yes, it sucks, but if HE did this to the industry then HE needs to be held accountable.

Rather than wishing D good luck, I'll just say that I hope the absolute truth comes to light, no matter what it may be. I would only wish luck to someone I know is innocent.

His past and well-documented actions do not leave him standing in the best light. He has always liked to push the envelope.
