Apparently it is ok for a select few to break the rules and say whatever they want. In the last couple days Trey has made the following post about me:

I know GFY doesn't care, so there will be 34 top banner advertisers instead of 35 now. They are aware of this and Trey just gets unbanned and continues on making up lies with no proof. Whatever, if that is the way things work around here fine, I will take my business somewhere else where it is appreciated. You would think spending $2,500 a month here they would alteast enforce the rules when someone is making up bullshit about me and my company. Maybe ask him to post proof ? I guess not, I guess I am not a bro even though I spend money here.

If you don't want your banners showing up in others sigs and if you are the one hosting the banners... then change the image location of your banners on your server... I am sure you don't have more then a few hundred associates... and will not loose much... considering you are pissing off most of them here on GFY!

GFY runs a pretty profitable business, 34 top spots banners at $2500 = $85000/month + skinning income + flash overlay income. With that, you'd think the servers would be rather stable!
