How to lose 40 lbs the easy way. Guaranteed.

Get cancer.

Jet - BANNED FOR LIFE 09-18-2007 03:33 PM

My uncle had cancer. He lost 2/3 of his weight in under a year and eventually died.

AdPatron 09-18-2007 03:38 PM

Same thing happened to my mom, she died almost a month ago (Aug 20th).

BAKO 09-18-2007 03:38 PM

I lost 40 pounds in 4 months without cancer :)

It's a combination of the treatments and the lifting and running I'm doing I guess. As of today though I'm down 40 lbs, to about a BMI 0f 19.5. If I survive Imma be content. I know you're not rooting for that so fuck you.

Yeah, real early. Not early enough though apparently. They've had me on PCT treatments for a few months. I found out today they wanna possibly start chemo next month. Still kinda up in the air though, I see a new guy next week. See what he has to say.

Real sorry to hear that man. :(

Brujah 09-18-2007 05:03 PM

Good luck with everything and don't go reading all the worst cases on the internet. Stay positive and kick it's ass. Heard of the law of attraction? Some calling it "the Secret" too, etc.. pretty interesting. At the very least it gives you some great things to think about, and the power in positive thought.

Elli 09-18-2007 05:03 PM

Hang in there, Jim.

Thanks Jim. I wish you the best of luck.

pussyluver 09-18-2007 05:18 PM

What type of cancer Jim?

I just had a biopsy (a scare for sure) results came back negative (whew). Stitches come out tomorrow. Sure does give a person stuff to think about.

Shemp, hope all is well. The 50 lbs gain is great!

Deej 09-18-2007 07:43 PM

harsh man, my good friend just went through that.

He wouldnt eat, and youre right, its the treatment.

I know he took the marijuana cookie treatment and thats the only thing that got him to eat without any sideffects.. I dont think he ever smoked it...

But it did get him to eat near regularly and he gained weight and strength back.

I hope you pull through. Seriously.

Phil 09-18-2007 08:11 PM

Get on drugs. It worked for my friend. Well, my ex-friend. He's not with us any more.

tony286 09-18-2007 08:13 PM

DirtyDreamer 09-18-2007 10:14 PM

Best of luck, Jim, and positive energy being sent your way to help out.

TexasDreams 09-18-2007 10:28 PM

I lost 474.62 pounds

Given the fact that 1 U.S. dollar = 0.49960032 British pounds

I should have known better on giving such loans. Never again. :(

Some people find it far more important to run up bar tabs, and buy video game shit than pay their multiple loans. Vengence is going to be one big bad-ass mother-fucking steamroller though. I guarantee that!!!!!!!!!!! :)

CaptainHowdy 09-18-2007 10:35 PM

I'll keep my love handles... Stay strong, JTF!

Masterchief 09-18-2007 10:36 PM

stress and massive debt works pretty well too :thumbsup
