I tried to send you a heartfelt note in your thread girlfriend, but when I hit submit it was closed, go figure. I am truly sorry to hear about what you are going through and have been there myself. Sounds like your soon-to-be-ex is immature sprinkled with a little selfishness and selfcenteredness. You are a doll and this experience will make you stronger. For those that questioned your knowledge on the subject of your man I say this: some of us are very trusting individuals that only want to see the best in people, therefore we do not always question their intentions (we prefer to assume they are good, like ours). We like to believe that we will be treated the way we treat others and that is not always the case. You will be ok sweetie. If there is no way you guys can work this out, forgive him and forget him and don't let this jade you.

When you and Hal broke up there were a lot of questions on GFY and very few answers. You and Hal both had enough respect for each other to keep that personal shit private.

You are a beautiful girl. You come across as very sweet (usually). Today's thread did not put you in a good light. If you are going to take on the task of married life, have enough respect for yourself to make it for love and not money/convenience/business....whatever. I never said you lied. I said not to expect your "husband" to be honest if the marriage is not even based on love. You can't expect him to open his heart completely and discuss obviously deep wounds with you. I'm not saying who I think is right or wrong...Truth be told, I don't really care. I like both people and what they are going through is unfortunate.

I will say this though....I know for a fact that Angeleyes is a fucked up, mentally unstable bitch....And that's putting it nicely. I know this because of personal experiences with her....Not because I read about it on GFY. I actually tried to warn Ice about her while they were still together but he was too blinded by his own issues to see her bullshit.

one thing I've noticed is the tendency to grasp onto dubious concepts in a relationship gone bad and blow them up and turn them into catastrophic end of the world concepts that justify in their minds how bad their partner is. (and makes them seem to relish sharing the information).

The bottom line is people grow apart, sometimes quickly, and if a relationship isn't working it is better to get away from each other and move on in a dignified matter.... attacking someone's character to everyone that will listen is just selfish and wrong.
