... You stopped getting excited about your birthday ???

I am almost 21 and I'm the only one I know who actually gets excited as a kid would! That's including my 13 year old sister :Oh crap

I think 13-14... Started getting excited again around 19-20... but lost it shortly thereafter..

Damn I must be a pretty big loser. :(

I'll be 45 in a month and I still get excited :) Though I went one year when I was 33 telling everyone I was 34. I don't know why I thought I was 34. I'm not very good with numbers :(

I think I was 17. And the only reason I was excited about it was because a friend threw a huge house party birthday for me that lasted the whole May 24 long weekend.

I am always and will always be excited with my birthday.

i guess when i turned 19....just turned 21 yesterday and i didnt feel anything special :P

:1orglaugh I'm right behind you, hon! Yesterday when I was complaining about how little yard work I'm getting accomplished, due to aches and pains, hubby said, "Well, you ARE 43, yanno!" My sister made sure to remind him, "Uh, she's forty-FOUR!" :321GFY damn under-40s!

Damn, nothing like being reminded how much older I am than everyone else in my life, sheesh!

I don't get excited by birthdays anymore, though I may have a grand bash when I turn 50... I'll deserve it!

Probably when I was 16 - 17 ... or so

You must not be in the states - 21 here is huge because you can finally drink and gamble legally :)

There are a few birthdays to be excited about.

10 - Double Digits
13 - Now a teenager
16 - Drivers LIcense
18 - Now an adult
21 - Can drink legally
25 - Car Insurance goes down.

That's about it.

Over here (uk) 21 doesn't mean much... you can do everything at 18 really!
2 and half weeks and I'll be 21... Having a big fancy dress party... so i am SO excited!

it is still fun, means a time to get friends around and have a party :) Since most of my good friends don't live around here, it gives us all a chance to get together.

maybe when i was 20 years old...

around the same age for me...infact when i turned 21 I just went to dinner and no clubs since I had been clubbing for years

i think my 23rd birthday was the first birthday that i wasn't very excited about.

i didn't even get presents or cards from my parents this past birthday (a few months ago).. you know your birthdays don't matter anymore when your parents don't even give a shit. :)

We have 4 December birthdays in my family - plus Christmas. I think my Dad's biggest month of spending money is December ;)

14, after that it became just another day, how did i celebrate my 21st birthday? went to a empty bar with my mom and just talked while having a few beers

Right now I am 19, and I turn 20 in 4 days. This is the first year I am NOT excited about my birthday. Main reasons are that I wont be a teenager anymore, and that was always a good excuse for many things :) and also due to probation and piss tests I wont be able to partake in a ritual called "Birthday Blunts" with my 2 best friends who one has a bday the day b4 mine and the other the day after mine.

I always get excited about my B-day! Hell, it's in a couple weeks and I am already getting all gitty about it! :thumbsup

hmm.. i think it stopped at 15 or so.. from that age there was party everyday and gettn drunk and shit and i had no time for celebrating my birthdays :)

Im 29 now and I still get pretty pumped about my birthday. It's usually the most fun week of the year!

I still get excited for my birthday :) :) I usually do something fun, take a mini-vacation, have a big-ass party etc etc for it ... just another excuse to get all my friends today and have a good time ... and to get treated like royalty!! heheheehe

34 - Can now be president.

I don't remember exactly but it's been a while.

I'm sure there are plenty people who have no aspirations to being President, and turning 34 is nothing more than another age.

When I turned 17, Coz' my 18th birthday was my worse year after 2 days of b-day celebration me and my boyfriend broke-up.:(

But this years 25th birthday was great. :)

Probably around 25. It just doesn't hold it's magic when you've grown up and have to work on your birthday each year and nobody really buys you anything like they did when you were a kid, ya know?

I stopped right after i turned 18. Thats some years back so... who cares for birthdays. Just a step closer to hell!

Turning 18 was the last exciting birthday for me...I just turned 20 and I don't really notice my birthday anymore...depressing.
