I dont think there is anything Israel can do.

They are a tiny island of religious zealots, surrounded by millions of other zealots who want nothing more than to see them all dead. And the only thing stopping them from wiping Israel of the face of the earth is American support and American weapons.

On this I agree with you. Why do the Muslim Arabs hate Israel? Because they are there. The religious fantaics want to rid the World of anyone who is not Muslim - and their religion says it the Rightous thing to do. If we were on the border of an Arabic nation that was loaded with Muslim fanatics, we'd be getting suicide bombers on a regular basis, as well.

But I have to disagree with you, as far as what the military results would be. I do not believe the Arabs can take Israel - not unless they form a Muslim Coalition, and attack from all sides (which would most certainly result in US involvment). The Arabic nations can buy all the Western military technology they can get their hands on. It won't help. Ask Saddam. When facing a Western culture, the odds are against them.
