I think he's guilty as hell but I'm not sure if they have enough physical evidence to convict him. |
I think he did it but there's a good chance he could get off.
1) Garagos is a much better lawyer than both of the DAs together. 2) The murder its self was done perfectly. No physical evidence of any sort. Either extremely lucky, or more likely well planned. It's a hard jump to make for some people that somebody could pull off a perfect murder, and then be so blindingly stupid in the after math. Either he's a genious or an idiot, but probably not both at the same time. 3) 12 average americans does not a group of brilliant minds make. |
He's done for. If he gets off it will be a travesty.
|
he's gonna get slaughtered in the court.

Not only did the prosecution bungle this case they were caught witholding evidence from the defense...exculpatory evidence.
It's all in the way the case is presented. OJ was found not guilty. I followed the trial closely and I agree with the verdict. He was found liable for the deaths of 2 people. I followed the trial closely and I agree with the verdict. Laci's family might win a civil suit, but won't have access to as much as the Brown's. |

He should fry.

Enough physical evidence? There is zero physical evidence. It's a total circumstantial case, and right now it's looking real bad for peterson, thats for sure, lol!
Been following this one pretty close. No matter how you slice it, with the guy on the phone for hours and hours with amber frey while the whole country was looking for his "missing" wife.. well thats just SO wrong. Even if he was innocent and just trying to hide everything from frey so he didnt look bad, it's just impossible to believe he could speak for hours while his wife was missing. This is the best witness the prosecutors have had, so they need to make it stick good, because it's a long long time before this case is over and they dont have much (if anything) else! |
He will get off. No blood, no DNA or any other trace. He probably did it but the case is so weak. If OJ got off with all that DNA evidence, I can't see how this guy will get convicted :2 cents:

I thought he had a chance to get away with it because of his good looks, but after hearing his mistress' testimony... he's going to fry. :2 cents:

i have a feeling the guy will get off although i do feel like he did it, his defence team will come in with some twist or legality issue and have it tossed.
jurrors have always been stupid no matter what goes on, its societies way, those who are baby faced just "seem" to be more trustworthy and this is the main reason why i think he will walk "Scott" free. muahaha |
He will walk.
|
I think he'll be found guilty. I rarely am sure anyone is guilty, but if I were on the jury I'd vote for guilty. There's no way an innocent person would make calls to his girlfriend just days after his wife has disappeared and act like nothing tragic is going on in his life. And let's not forget he drove all the way from Modesto to SF, and of all places in the world, she just happens to show up dead near where he was out on his boat.

One thing you never hear about anymore is that there was an elderly woman neighbor of theirs who said she saw Laci walking her dog that day. The neighbor did an interview for an A&E show on the case. She's since passed away. They also had a man who was driving on the road saying he saw her walking her dog.
Another thing that doesnt seem to come up is the fact that another neighbor of theirs had her home broken into while they were away on christmas vacation. They came home after the holidays and found the break in. Who did it? Havent ever seen any outcome on that. Another odd thing was that Laci was wearing a fairly unique watch, and a relative of one of the area transients pawned a very similar or same watch a few days after her disappearance. All defense fodder I guess. The police errors and shit are bad too.. you'd think they would have learned from the OJ mistakes. Like when Vanatter brought OJ's shoes and a vial of blood home in the trunk of his car and booked it the next day instead of booking it immediately. (blood turned up on the shoes obviously). And how dennis fung testified he brought out 3 bags of evidence when a news clip proved he brought out 4, lol. The cops and prosecutors are causing their own loss of the case... again. |
