Is it true that ignorance is bliss? That is not what happened at all . . .but you are right about one thing, it is a good thing you are not on his jury since you have violated the first rule given to any juror, you do not arrive at a decision until BOTH sides have presented their evidence.

It is a FACT that Peterson was at the San Francisco bay the morning Laci was reported missing, which is where the bodies were found months later. I am entitled to my opinion on guilt or innocence without hearing all the evidence.:)

It's also a fact that the worldwide newsmedia reported he was fishing there as soon as she was reported missing. No big leap of logic to reasonably presume that if it *was* someone else, they could dump the body there and pin it on peterson in a pinch.

I'm not saying thats what happened, I'm saying that is reasonable doubt. There is too much doubt in this case still.. Tons and Tons of it. They need some proof so this guy doesnt walk if he's guilty.

Anyway, you're missing the picture if you think death is the harshest punishment. When someone is terminally ill and in pain, we refer to death as an "end to suffering".

It's a purely circumstantial case so it can go either way. It's a shame, I wish there was more evidence. I think he is involved in the murders but without enough evidence or reasonable doubt we can't put him away.
