it shows the errors with the case and corrects some things the media has been misleading the public to believe. I personally think he did it, but the prosecution hasn't met it's burden of proof... yet. |

Do you guys remember the NANNY CASE from a few years ago? Gerald Leone and Martha Coakley beat the pants off Barry Scheck and company. Then that pussy judge reduced the charge and gave her time served. :321GFY The Peterson case has poor prosecutors which leaves the possibility of an acquittal.:disgust |
for those of you that have already convicted this guy, what are you basing your opinion on? The news media? I highly doubt you are listening to the testimony, so where is your proof beyond a reasonable doubt?
You do realize that the defense gets to present their case before deliberations can even begin, and the prosecution has proved nothing so far, except that he was cheating on his wife. |
That son of a bitch better thank jesus christ i'm not on that jury. I think he's guilty for many reasons not the least of which is him placing himself at the very site where the bodies turned up months later. He's an arrogant goof who should go down.

You have come to a conclusion without hearing ANY of the evidence . . . or at least comprehending any of it as displayed above. |

They should have 10 pregnant women beat him to death with baseball bats.

It's also a fact that the worldwide newsmedia reported he was fishing there as soon as she was reported missing. No big leap of logic to reasonably presume that if it *was* someone else, they could dump the body there and pin it on peterson in a pinch.
I'm not saying thats what happened, I'm saying that is reasonable doubt. There is too much doubt in this case still.. Tons and Tons of it. They need some proof so this guy doesnt walk if he's guilty. Anyway, you're missing the picture if you think death is the harshest punishment. When someone is terminally ill and in pain, we refer to death as an "end to suffering". He doesnt need to die if he's guilty, he needs to suffer. A long long life, full of suffering to be more exact :glugglug |
It's a purely circumstantial case so it can go either way. It's a shame, I wish there was more evidence. I think he is involved in the murders but without enough evidence or reasonable doubt we can't put him away.

What's more precious than a women about to give birth to her first child? Bring back the electric chair for this nit wit and have a worldwide broadcast of his ass frying.:feels-hot

Yesm you can have an opinion, because you are not a juror . . . if you were a juror, you could not. That is what I was addressing |
