I'm black and i never had fried chicken and waffles. It sounds pretty disgusting actually. Isnt that more of a Cali thing?I'm not really that big on fried chicken either,maybe when I'm starving to death. I would peel the skin off when I was small, cause it was so yucky. Glad I did because when I got older I realized that was the fatiest part of the chicken.

I love watermelon, fried chicken, pork rinds, collard greens, corn bread (REAL cornbread, not the crap with sugar in it) and just about any other "soul food" except chitlings :)
