A few days ago I wrote about an adult site owner charging back. I have since found that the owner of the website did not charge back but it was his employee who basically runs his company. I'm not sure how everyone in here deals with their chargebacks, but in the phone sex community, we share the information with each other to make sure no one else will process the persons cc's.

The purpose of this guy charging back to my company is to prove how easy it is to charge back. His big plan includes teaching people how to charge back to porn and get away with it. In his twisted thinking, he thinks teaching people this will make merchants complain to visa how easy it is to make charge backs and that visa will change their rules. Now after this post I don't know if he will continue with his plan to do such or even finish developing the website, but the future website is going to be www.chargebackporn.com The worst part is, the owner of the company he works for knows of his main man's plan, and told me he's not bothered by it on the phone WITH another GFY person on threeway, which he did not know was listening.

I don't know how many of his 11 calls he has charged back so far, since I have not gotten the information yet, but he told me so far it's 6. If he charges back all 11 calls his total charge backs PLUS fees will be totaling 729.99.

The REASON I am bring this here is because of his "big picture". I can only assume if he's doing this to me, to show how easy it is, he will do it to other porn sites too.

If you have a system where you can flag cc information, I would be happy to provide his complete information via e-mail. What I can post here is his name and the city and state.

I have e-mails and instant messages to back much of this story if people question this situation.

Yes, he was pissed his chargebacks were too high. If they wanna experiment with how easy it is to charge back they need to do it to their own sites.

On top of that, even if his idea made any kind of fucking sense he charged back phone sex calls? He's fucking not only the site owner but also their employees providing a service.

I hope some of you drop a suit on his stupid ass and use his upcoming website as evidence that he is a thief.

I have no idea, but going around and around with him just gave me a big headache. Over there, they are just full of lies...every single person that I spoke with.

I will say that Donnie/Dustin (suppose to be his real name) DID offer to pay for the charges as of yesterday yet when I called him back with the bank on the phone to verify the charge backs, he said "I don't have time for this shit" so I said fuck you and hung up. He then sent me this e-mail.

I will get a check sent to you tommorrow for $350.00. That should cover the $160 in charged back transactions plus the fees. Let me know if there are more and I will get this taken care of as well. Sorry for this trouble. I was mainly frustrated today because I'm very upset that I have to deal with his issues/he risked MY company's reputation for something so ridiculous. I hope you understand.

NO! I don't understand! How the heck can you have someone working for you that 1:) is purposely charging back porn/phone sex. 2.) employ someone who you KNOW and you confirmed is going to put up a website that teaches people to charge us back. If ANYONE here understands that...explain it to me.

It does suck. 729.99 may not me a TON of money, and the extra 300.00 included in that amount that comes out of my personal pocket isn't even THAT bad...but taking money back from my contractors is what really sucks. Lots of single mom's that I will have to take money back from, until and I WILL recover it from him is what makes it worse.

All I wanted Dustin/Donnie to do is fax me a letter from Tobin saying that he now recognizes the charges and is no longer disputing them and that he gives me permission to charge his cc an additional 330.00 to cover the charge back fees. Tobin refused and apparently Donnie doesn't give a shit.

Shitty when you have webmasters/company coordinators doing this kind of stuff, JUST to show how easily it can be done.

He really chose the wrong person to experiment with.

Last 4 digits there spell PORN and if you do the whois on www.livewebfriends.com you will find the same address that matches the cc he used for my service.

No, that's not what he thinks. He thinks that Visa is going to surrender to the MERCHANTS who complain after they get hundreds upon hundreds of charge backs.

However, we all know Visa will simply close their merchant account. So essentially all he's going to attempt to do is put people out of business and teach people how to commit cc fraud. Nice guy eh?

Besides I don't even HAVE the charge backs in hand yet from card services...this is all on HIS information that he charged it back. He asked me to refund it first (but really he had already charged it back) and I said no way. You made the calls and I have the copies of the toll free bills with YOUR phone number on them. He said so you wont refund it? I said NOPE! He said he would charge back and then I called him at his office after I found out which site he ran and that's when this all started.

If you have all the proof, including his plan to use & then chargeback a service claiming he never used it, report the FRAUD through your bank & processor to his credit card company & telephone company (if also charging by phone) then make a complaint to law enforcement - FRAUD is FRAUD & whether you're a wacked out webmaster or a surfer looking for freebies, you are committing fraud & it's illegal.

Doing a chargeback is illegal unless you didn't make the purchase. Did you tape the phone call? Next time do that, and send it to the police. Stealing is stealing. Also don't forget to send the $750 bill to a bill collector, they'll get your money for you. :2 cents:

It needs to be a wake up call to all the adult website owners. IF he goes through with his plan (and he may not after all this)...all hell is going to break loose in the adult world.

Actually since I have the instant messages with him saying, if I go post something on GFY for him he wont charge back. Also where he says he wont charge back if I don't call anymore of his family, and a bunch of other stupid crap. I'm sure I could just have my attorney supeona the AOL account information and send that along to the bank with the toll free phone bills, with TWO different numbers of his, I wont have a problem getting the money AND attorney fees. We'll see.

However the story about this group is much deeper and I will update on that later on.
