At all the tradeshows I've been talking with CCBill and their stats. Every time we spoke they promised new stats were coming soon. Now I'm trying to get stats from this year and their calendar tool let's me select a date up to December 2009... That's 3 years ago. I don't want to put any pressure on you guys, but please define 'soon'...

I couldn't care less about a new stats system, I would be happy if the old one worked. Even if just the simple report on their admin home page worked showing the general stats worked I would be happy.
For most of us the main line of communication we have with CCBill is their admin and the stats, and having that down for so long now is troubling.Comment

I've tried to look up check amounts 3 times in the past week or two. Twice it just did nothing besides report it was waiting for a response... I gave up a few minutes later.
If they'd only JUST installed the new stats system I'd cut them some slack, but c'mon ccbill, you've had literally YEARS (5? 7?) to sort out your database/UI issues.Comment

The setup takes around 30 minutes. You do not have to change any links on your server. You and your affiliates can still use the same CCBill link in order to send/receive traffic.
