I got this in an email yesterday:

Dear sirs,
I just want to send you a line to comment on your web site. These have got to be some of the ugliest women on this planet. It almost seems that you didn't even try to find anyone decent. If there was such a thing as the Internet police, then you would definitely be arrested and given a life sentence. I am really sorry that I wasted my 19.95 for the membership, and I plan to cancel it as soon as I finish this email. I feel sorry for the next poor sucker that comes along.

you knew what they looked like before you signed up...don't act like you blindly went to the join button after seeing the girls on that preview page....lots of people see those girls and STILL sign up...that's why I'm sitting here on my ass right now.

yes - could mean the difference between a cancel and a refund (if he contacts the biller) or a chargeback (if he's pissed enough to contact visa or mastercard).

By the way, I don't think you made us any favor by telling him what you did. Maybe you should work on a more professional approach next time.

For example, if you had told him that you where going to upgrade his membership he would had most likely had appreciated it and told a few of his friends about your site. Now his probable telling his friends that your site sucks and not to get a membership with you.

Being arrogant is definitely not the way to go.

You're going to go broke if you treat all your customers like this... Plus you are giving the rest of us a bad name...

This guy will probably never signup for another porn membership again thanks to you. The proper response would have been to address his concerns, apologize for not having exactly what he was looking for and suggest for him to keep his membership and check out another one of your sites (the ones with the good looking chicks on it). That way you would keep him as a member, make more money out of him and also keep a good rep.

You know the old saying... You get good customer service you tell one person, you get bad customer service you tell 10 people.

There are asshole customers in every business. I'm not going to apologize for responding to one of them in the way that y'all don't like. No matter what I do, he didn't like the content, there is nothing I can do about it.

I treat people with respect that treat ME with respect. If you're cool with me, I'm cool with you. If you come at me with some bullshit, I'm gonna come right back with it. Most employees are trained to turn the other cheek, where I told them to kiss my black natural ass.

Most employers didn't want to hear any back talk from a low level employee. Especially a black man who almost always posseessed a larger vocabulary than them. They hated that shit..They hated how I could tell them to fuck off in their own corporate language.

I'm too much of an asshole to work for others. I've been fired from damn near every job I've had. In fact, it's coming up on my two year anniversary of my firing from the consulting firm, which launched my porn career. IWhen they fired me for looking at porn on my computer, I walked out of there telling them to KISS MY BLACK NATURAL ASS! Now I make more than the heifer that got me fired and I make sure to remind the bitch when I send a departmentwide email to my old job saying I'm making more money than you now that I'm fired...and FUCK YOU"

However, the job that I've had for the past year and a half, I've left on good terms. They treated me with respect and I returned the favor. If I ever go broke again, I know that I can just pick up the phone and get my job back there.

Anybody in this industry that I have dealt with on a business level, I have always paid my debt and did what I said I was gonna do. I won't EVER lick an individual customer's ass...Some things just aren't worth the $19.95
