Hiring OFM Chat Operations Manager

Job Description
We are a US-based company that has been operating for six years in the OFM space. We are hiring 1–2 Chat Operations Managers to oversee a group of chatters, handle day-to-day client questions, and personally manage a small portfolio of high-value “whale” subscribers we’ve built long-term relationships with.
This is not a basic “chatter” role. This is a shift manager role that involves coaching chatters, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring high-value conversations are handled with skill, discretion, and consistency.

Working Hours
Remote
Full-time (40 hours/week minimum)

Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist a small team of chatters during your shift (support and coaching).
Answer client questions and handle issues professionally.
Personally manage a small book of high-value whales during your shift.
Help maintain chat standards.
Ensure clean shift handoffs and accurate notes so nothing is lost.
Identify issues early (chatter performance dips, subscriber complaints) and assist in fixing them quickly.

Who We’re Looking For
Native English speaker (US/Canada)
Prior experience in OnlyFans chatting and team manager responsibilities.
Experience with using Infloww.
You can write naturally and maintain the “creator voice” consistency without sounding scripted.
Organized and reliable with shifts, coverage, handoffs, and prioritization.
Strong judgment and discretion (this role deals with high-value relationships).
Having experience in Monday.com is a plus but not a requirement.

Pay is based on experience and performance.
