Job Description

We are a male model only $200k/mo OnlyFans management agency working with multiple high-performing creators.
A large % of our growth is driven by partnership-based traffic: creator cross-promotions, shoutouts (SFS), GG swaps, paid promo, GG buys, and strategic deals with traffic owners.

This channel already works.
Now we’re looking to professionalize, systemize, and scale it.

We’re hiring a Head of Partnerships & Traffic to take full ownership of this function and turn it into a predictable, repeatable growth engine to 2x the agency revenue within 2026.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role.

You will own the entire partnership lifecycle:

• Outreach
• Deal structuring
• Execution
• Tracking
• Scaling what works, killing what doesn’t

You’ll work directly with the Founder and have real decision-making authority.

This is not a role for someone who wants to “learn traffic”.
It’s for someone who already understands creator traffic, adult promo, and deal-based growth, and wants to run it properly.

Core Responsibilities

➤ Manage and scale creator-to-creator partnerships and traffic deals
➤ Run SFS, shoutout purchases, swaps, paid promos, rev-share deals
➤ Daily outreach to creators, promo pages, networks, and traffic partners
➤ Structure and negotiate deals with a clear ROI mindset
➤ Coordinate execution (timing, links, creators involved)
➤ Track performance and double down on what converts
➤ Build simple internal systems so traffic becomes predictable and repeatable
➤ Identify top-performing partner types and actively source more of them
➤ Work closely with internal ops/content teams to ensure smooth execution
➤ Report on traffic performance and growth weekly

This is an execution role with ownership, not a coordinator position.
What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

➤ Proven experience with adult / creator traffic
➤ Hands-on experience with SFS, shoutouts, swaps, paid promo, or similar
➤ Comfortable negotiating deals directly with creators and traffic owners
➤ Experience managing volume (multiple deals running at once)
➤ Strong understanding of what makes traffic convert (and what doesn’t)

OF-specific experience is a plus, but not mandatory if you understand adult traffic mechanics.

➤ Consistent growth in partnership-driven traffic
➤ Clear, repeatable deal structures
➤ Increased volume of high-quality partnerships
➤ Traffic that can be forecasted and scaled
➤ A documented, working partnership system within the first 30–60 days

Terms

➤ Full-time, long-term
➤ Contractor agreement / Employment agreement if in Bulgaria
➤ Remote position. Hybrid if in Sofia, Bulgaria
➤ Can pay in crypto or bank transfer
➤ Salary: 2500–3500 EUR gross
➤ Performance-based bonuses tied to traffic results
➤ Work: 6 days per week, 8-10h per day daytime CET timezone.
