San Francisco has worked very hard to reach this point. So let them enjoy the misery they bring on the city.
You've never lived in America, neither has the fake nic Onwebcam, let alone San Francisco. You're a British immigrant to Slovakia.

I lived in San Francisco/Berkeley for about 6 months 20 years ago. I can say with personal knowledge that the city sucked 20 years ago. It was a rip off money pit black hole 20 years ago, seems it still is.
I use to love going there, one convention was awesome that I went to, I would just stay away from anything going on there now. The sad thing it was Newsom that made it that way and now he's governor of California, the state is fucked. Now he signed in law to protect hair styles!
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
When i was in Los Angeles 15 years ago i already thought i saw more homeless people than in most third world countries. So nothing changed.
Actually it has got worse, the guy that ran San Francisco into the ground was elected governor of the state. His efforts are making the whole state worse.
