Both accounts at Bank OZK and Pacific Mercantile Bank are closed, within about 8 months of each other. They never replied to my voicemails. It's fair to say their reputation is toast. See the link in post #3 above for more details.

Unfortunately, (IMO) if AWE sent your money to ePayService and ePayService was the last one in possession of your money, it's gone.

I don't see anything about ePayService, my check says "Citi" in the "for" section.

Update :

Went to the bank and they refused to give me cash for the check because they could not verify the check's routing number.

Yes, we had changed bank details in Spring 2019 for paper checks in USA. This service is working as normal now. Those who had paid service changes to their banks got that money back from us.
