    We are selling our services of "Virtual Assistance", where your staff will work for you 8 hours/day and 6 days/week for $499.00/month - there is no misleading ad, your staff indeed will work for 8 hours/day as you (the buyer) and I will chat over Skype and will decide the volume of work to be done in 8 hours and that will be the daily target - so no under-working and over-charging.

    At present we are providing only grunt-workers and not web-design nor programming workers.

    Cost : $499.00/month (8 hours/day & 6 days/week).

          The employees can do everything with a laptop/desktop and a fast Internet connection - but the emplyees can not do web-design not programming.

              Can they for example:

              1. Work wordpress alone without needed to be told how to?
              2. Be left alone without pestering you every 5 mins for approval?
              3. Do data entry tasks quickly and efficiently?

              Also, if i don't like the one you give me, can i trade them?

              I realise im describing an 18 year old russian girl with daddy issues, but still..

                      1. Yes, the workers can work on Wordpress without being told how to do it, unless you have something very much customised.
                      2. Yes, they can be left alone and they won't disturb you.
                      3. Yes, they can do data-entry works quickly and efficiently.

                                              1. Yes, they can do Tube site research as per your tutorial and submissions. They can also do watermarking and video cutting as per length or time.

                                              2. Yes, they can post in good English in forums.

                                              3. The workers are based in India and India is just 4:30 hours ahead of the British time - I can have workers to work as per normal British working time.

Is it possible to keep a webcam on during working hours to make sure they are working? You never know with some guys. When the cat is away, the mice play. You know how that goes. Now we have our Filipinos on cam to make sure they work, so if we can have someone watch them, and then we watch the other guys, may be a good system. Something maybe to chat about later.

                                                          I'm in Asia so not far from your India time zone. GMT+7 to be exact.

                                                          How is 3G over there in India? Ours is pretty bad here in Thailand. It's like a really slow 3G that drops often. Not really good for work.

                                                                                                                                                              Sorry though, I have a team of workers that only charge $498.00/month (8.1 hours/day & 7 days week) Is real competitive markit outside. Very eat dog world there.

                                                                                                                                                              I know I can count on them because they use hotmail. No worry bout power outages because they all use 4g connections. Team leader also has a much easier name to remember.... Gtfktndbem. Trust me, they are totally legit, because they said so on GFY. They no over-work or under-charge either. Granted, they nor web design nor program, but they do grunt, when I need a job done.
