We are desirous of selling the services of this VAs on GFY (minimum hire period is 1 month) - do you think that this service will sell well on GFY ?

No, honestly speaking, the VA will indeed work 8 hours/day and the day will be target-based as such that a work truly requires xxx hours to complete (the buyer and I will talk on Skype or other messengers to calculate what is the number of work hours required to complete a project and the buyer will pay only that much money). So no cheating.

thats expensive, i have contacts that can get me full time worker in about $100.

but again $100 worker is capable of only creating blog posts , writing title and descriptions, not much technical knowledge, unless you teach them first.
