Q: Was PerfectGonzo sold? Are you the new owners?
A: No. PerfectGonzo was not sold. It's still the same crew from 2003.
Q: Why did you close shop?
A: A mix of business and personal issues beyond our control led us to the decision to close.
Q: Why did you open up again?
A: We felt we were in a position to bring great content online and make good money for our old and new affiliates. PerfectGonzo was our passion and we missed running it.
Q: What promotional tools are available?
A: The old MPEG-1 320x240 movies from the old hosted galleries just won't cut it! We are in the process of making promotional tools available as we are creating them, however we would like to bring them up to 2013 standards. We ask you to give us feed back about what you need to promote us. We can offer RSS Feeds, Full Movie List Export with Hosted Trailer, 1min Trailer MP4, 1600 5min MP4 tube movies, 1600 12min MP4 tube movies, Members Area Access, Banners/HPAs/FPAs, Content Zips. We are in the process of creating new FHG with embedded movies.
Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: We have recently added Paxum as a payment method. Apart from that we pay via US Check, US Bank Wire or International Bank Wire transfer."
Q: I used to send traffic, why did I not receive a payment when you closed the affiliate program?
A: First of all, there seems to be a lot of confusion and misinformation. We hear people saying 'Oh they stole all the affiliates money'. That is not correct. The statistics were available for 2.5 years after the closure. We paid everyone that was owed money. There was a small number of affiliates who were under the minimum payout and had very old or incorrect payment information. If you feel we owe you money, your account was most likely under the minimum payment and it did not export at the time of the closure. Open up a ticket http://support.perfectgonzo.com/open.php with you old email and accountID or username, if known, and we'll lookup your old information.
Q: Do I have to signup again and get new linking codes? Why?
A: Yes, you will have to resignup and get new affiliate linkcodes. Unfortunately, the old software that was running the affiliate program is dead -- the developers discontinued it and we chose to migrate to NATS4. We did a big server and software overhaul over the last 9 months. We ask you to signup again with your current information and email so you can get your new link codes.
