ooh. Epassporte have a "TEAM", I thought it was just 1 guy that was processing the payments but they seem to have a TEAM working on it.

within 1 minute of their site updating and allowing us to download/upload documents.. I sent mine in. probably one of the first 20.

I cannot believe it is taking so long to complete a banking transaction. They should waive the fees.

I submitted bank statement and in the RIGHT part of the bank statement section you have :

Submitted: 1 November, 2010
Received: Not yet received

Same is for other documents. However only today I realized that there is another status on the LEFT and it goes:

Reference No: xxxxx
Submitted: 1 November, 2010
Status: Received

and received is in ""yellow" color. For the same documents!

This is confusing - so does that mean documents have been received? or not received? Anyone with similar conflicting statuses?

But I am guessing that the LEFT yellow status just means that documents have been successfully uploaded?
