ooh. Epassporte have a "TEAM", I thought it was just 1 guy that was processing the payments but they seem to have a TEAM working on it. :1orglaugh

within 1 minute of their site updating and allowing us to download/upload documents.. I sent mine in. probably one of the first 20.

I submitted bank statement and in the RIGHT part of the bank statement section you have :

Submitted: 1 November, 2010
Received: Not yet received

Same is for other documents. However only today I realized that there is another status on the LEFT and it goes:

Reference No: xxxxx
Submitted: 1 November, 2010
Status: Received

and received is in ""yellow" color. For the same documents!

This is confusing - so does that mean documents have been received? or not received? Anyone with similar conflicting statuses?

But I am guessing that the LEFT yellow status just means that documents have been successfully uploaded?

left=received into system right=received to the workers

They're was probably a shitload to process from before they made the initial announcement as well.

one would think that even if it took forever to process 50k transfers, that some of the ones who got money between sept 21st and now would be someone from this board that could confirm they got theirs.
