A/B testing is great if you are pushing pretty decent volume... if you are doing 50 sales per month (like 90% of affiliate programs), it's almost not worthwhile, it could take months to get any conclusive results...

It only works if your testing results in better conversions. If it ends up in worse conversions the split testing is costing money.

Tinkering with buttons or even setting the tour so the content keeps rotating is not designing a new tour.

Tell us when 3wayscash is doing some split testing so we can see one of your clients doing it. Haven't seen them doing it. Or have they stopped doing it, even on the newest site? LollyBadcocks

Here's a quick fix. Well will only take a month or so, faster than endlessly testing tours.

Get a great shooter who really knows what he's doing.

Sit down with him and discuss 3 themes to shoot 3 scenes. You want something that will make surfers sit up and really take notice. AND not all the same idea.

Give him a budget to shoot the content properly.

Find a good model that turns customers heads and who can do a scene to make people sit up and take notice.

Put the 3 scenes on to your existing tour.

Cost of doing this for solo girl will be around $3,000 and for GG around $6,000 and for BG around $12,000. Add $1,000 for adding each additional model. Cutting cost on it will end up with the same result as cutting costs on design work and might result in the wrong job being done.

Downsides, unlike some I like to point these out.

Finding someone who can shoot great content.

Knowing what great content is, especially if it's not your niche. This is a problem for those who think anyone can shoot, promote or build a site what ever the niche is. Those buying really do know what they're buying and not easily fooled.

Finding a good model. Better than some of the so called hot girls posted here.

She has to be able to do a video well.

Funding it. Not cheap but not too expensive.

Done right it will get you more sign ups. Done wrong like all forms of testing will end up in

Here's a twist on an idea that is already being used. I'm not sure if it's ever been done or been done like this and apologies if it has been done.

It will take a bit of time and not something everyone can do, sponsors and a few trusted affiliates could make it work.

For my example I'm going to suppose it's a teen and a multi girl teen site.

Find a new girl and shoot content of her.

Before you release any of the content set up accounts under her name or nick on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. Plus any other social networking site. Start posting an ordinary 18 year old student studying what ever and living where ever. Post a few pictures to show she's pretty.

Get some fake nicks, guys, to post flattering and flirting posts about here. She replies being a little more sexy and a little more sexier pics.

Then she can reveal she needs money, for instance to buy a car. A poster represent "Hot Teens" .com can post a suggestion she does some posing. She replies it sounds like a good idea and doing it is actually a fantasy of hers.

Eventually post the link or not if banned, but tell the people she's done the work and can be seen on HotTeens .com

You build her profile, personality and following before you spread the the news she did the work. It needs to be strung out for a while. Make her a star before she's a pornstar.

Rinse and repeat. A sponsor could give a trusted affiliate a girl for him to work with only.

As I said not sure if this has been done before. We all know it's done after the site or content is up.

Can fit a lot of niches. Girl likes having her feet licked or is MILF or a gay.
