fyi, just because 1 person out of 100,000 rebills for several years doesn't mean the "other people complaining" are wrong.

When i had my membership sites going I had several people go over 2 years, but i suspected for what ever reason they weren't aware of the charges and had forgot to cancel.

I haven't even promoted the site in years, and I've still got 2 members rebilling on kate's playground. By far the best retaining site I ever promoted. Think I had one guy go almost 4 years. I bet she's got a handful of hardcores who've been rebilling since day one too.

chances are it has nothing to do with retaining and more to do with the person not checking their statements.

you really think it was loyalty ? you guys have no idea how rebilling really works. More often than not most people who rebill don't know they are being charged for it.

Hell, years back I had someone open a credit card in my name and I didn't notice it till a couple years later when I went to buy a house on my credit report as an account in collections. Someone opened the CC signed up to some sites and that shit rebilled every month. I didn't even know about the card much less that something was recurring on it. Then you have people who do signup, don't realize it autobills and for whatever reason just send in the min payment each month and don't look over their statements.
