you do realize that airports are privately owned right? and you can do what the fuck you want to do on private property.... they make the rules... if the tsa makes the rules for flying they can make any rule they want...

in my house I have a rule... all bitches naked... if they don't follow my rules they don't come in.. its very simple....

The Fourth Amendment protects us from 'unreasonable searches and seizures". This means the local cops can't walk into your place of business, house, or car, and look around without proper reason.

It's not an "unreasonable search" to frisk people at an airport or any other secure event.

Grow the fuck up. You either submit to a search, no or no one gets searched and then it's a free for all for anyone who wants to hijack a plane. I'm not worried about terrorists; I'm worried about Bob who lost his job six months ago, was denied unemployment, his wife left him, and he was just evicted from his house... I personally prefer freedom to safety and this goes way beyond a frisk BTW. The TSA employee should give the girls a ring before this search, it's that bad.

Think of it as the straw that broke the camel's back. All the anger you're seeing isn't specifically because of TSA policies. It's because over the last several decades the government has continually stripped away freedoms & rights that were taken for granted before. The government pushed too hard this time, and now they're seeing the backlash from it. Just think what would happen if it was 1970, and all these current laws & policies got set into place overnight. TSA screenings at airports, people getting arrested for playing chess in the park, if you buy too much cough syrup the cops will pay you a visit, the insane prison sentences for smoking weed, and on, and on... The TSA employee should give the girls a ring before this search, it's that bad. I would go to jail on the spot if someone touched my son in an improper way, it makes no difference if it's a TSA person. We aren't flying these days.
