Well... If he did send it from college it's recorded. Lawyers would find it and so would the person in charge of his bankruptcy. You cannot claim debts you knowingly are going to default on. While his piss-ant self doesn't really give a shit now, he will eventually. But more importantly, the other 1,000 defendants will net you perhaps $665,000+ at $1900 per individual and 50/50 lawyer fee.

That is called free money because you end up doing little to no work. The lawyers are your employees. Sounds like a smart way to increase the bottom line. Mainstream has been doing this for years. Counterfeiters pay restitution, why not pirates too?
