I can't recommend Hawk Host enough, their servers are fast and support is amazing. I have all of my adult blogs hosted there and over the last year have only had 10 minutes of downtime and that was maintenance that was announced a month before hand.

when you say cheap I assume 10 month is cheap. 2 really good virtual accounts are cyberwurx.com and amerinoc.com

do not use dreamhost I wouldnt even signup for their one year for $10 promo because you will be offline 50% of the time.

Starts at $10 a month and scales up depending on what you're using. As far as quality goes Rackspace is the best. But you're going to have to set everything up yourself, because you just get a clean install of a linux distro of your choice, with nothing on it except SSH.

If you need lots of bandwidth I can recommend UK2.net

I'm using them to host content and thumbs for my tubes and I'm very happy with their support. Be aware though, that the server prices are for unmanaged servers.
