Last week we hosted a group of affiliates at our offices in NJ and I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank them for their time and effort. We needed end user testing and feedback on our new NATS 4.1 interface, so we decided to put out an open invitation to affiliates. Applications for the event poured in and we reviewed them all in order to select a diverse group of affiliates who seemed ready and willing to offer their views, feedback, criticism, and thoughts on the NATS product line. What we ended up with far exceeded what we had hoped for.

This group of affiliates came prepared, enthusiastic, and ready to work. Every single member of the group was anxious to express their thoughts and came to the discussion with purpose. The amount and quality of input we received was completely unexpected, but genuinely appreciated. No one viewed this as a fun getaway or vacation. To this group this was clearly an opportunity to help shape the tools they and the rest of the industry use on a daily basis. We could not have anticipated the amount of ideas we received, nor can we thank you more for them. We benefited greatly, the group themselves benefited greatly, and the entire industry will benefit greatly from their work and effort.

Outside of the effort being put into the discussion everyone also spent time getting to know each other and enjoying the nights. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to spend time with.

John is more a fine pate... John and me have gotten to know each other quite well over the years from shows and events, this event was my first experience with Charlie ( and as thread starter), I deemed appropriate... John already knows he's the homie, very few can put up with my shit and take it with a smile like he can.

Charlie - Thank you for creating a relaxed and stress free environment for us all to be creative in. Not having to worry about necessities really allowed my stress level to be almost non-existent and allowed me to really focus on what you brought us out there for.

Thank you for an amazing opportunity to help shape your product. It goes without saying, that this is the reason your product is the flagship and industry leader in affiliate tracking. It was quite clear to me how much you guys care about your product and that customer satisfaction is one of the most important things to you.
