The 'concept' is 'reality porn' .. Something I doubt they were the originators of...

a concept is merely a general thought, or notion.. Not something that I'd threaten legal action against, no matter how much money I had..

If that were the case, the net wouldn't exist..

They may have copyrighted 'AOL Instant Messenger', but that's about as far as they could go with it I would think..
If they had legal grounds for a messenger copyright, they wouldn't have paid Mirabilis $30 million for ICQ... not to mention Yahoo, MSN, all of the messenger scripts, yada yada..

Maybe they have a "business model patent" but I doubt it. I have been down that road before and it is very hard to keep someone from copying your ideas . . . and it is expensive as well . . .

They can't sue if somebody else goes out and shoots sex scenes with night goggles. It would be like whoever started the first talk show with a desk and guests suing all the others who came after.
And there were rip off movies of ET after it came out. TV shows are cloned all the time, what's that one that looked just like Married With Children?
