How Google works for you people who think they are evil.

Yes, Google does collect data on you, as much as possible actually... Does that make them evil? Not exactly... You see, Goog is only out there to sell advertising and make money, how do they do it? Data mining, it works for them, so they do it.

What they exactly do is they collect as much detailed info on you as possible, throw your data into a pile, and run some algorithmic mumbo jumbo on it and spit out basic statistics about you, it's users. In return their advertisers can use that data to advertise to you and make money. You all bitch about them trying to know everything about you, yes, they are... But it's not in a bad way, they don't give a rats ass if you're looking for the best objects to shove up your fat ass to get off in a unique way, you sick fuck. They just want that info in case some sadistic fuck like yourself is actually trying to cater to your sick fantasies, fuck did I say you're one twisted fuck stain for that? It's called targeted marketing, and it works. As an end user, I'd rather have the website I'm visiting display ads to me based on what I like, than some stupid shit that will just annoy the fuck out of me. So tell me this, would you rather see an ad for say, something you're interested in, like a movie, or have one of those annoying fucking 'ZOMG YOU ARE THE 31ST VISITOR TO THIS SHITTY FUCKING SITE IN THE LAST 10 YEARS, YOU WON A FREE YOYO!!!"? I sure as fuck would rather the ad for the movie that was shown to me based on recent searches that show I was looking for movies like that. So I suggest you take your tinfoil hats off and understand not every company out there is trying to rape and murder your grandmother. But are trying to make advertising towards it's users a better experience than what it is now. If you still think they are evil, then I think you just need to move your ass out to Montana in a shed in the woods, Charlie Manson. |

Not only are Google's recent actions extremely suspect, their entire modus operandi in the search world has been equally dubious.

Here is an example. I am Joe Blow. I am going to do a search for "Hot Sluts Of Miami 4." When I do the search in Google for that movie, the first 10 (at least) listings which come up are 90% illegal tubes and torrents. Everyone in GFY has probably gone thru any number of searches on videos and seen these results for any given film. So why is that? How is it that Google somehow thinks i am looking to download this video illegally? They are well aware of what they are doing and who they are listing, so how is it that they are telling me "Yes these are the right top listings according to our amazing google technology, so why don't you click on that torrent link and download the movie?" They are knowingly contributing to piracy. On the other hand do a search for a porn video on yahoo and bing. I can guarantee you will find far less tubes and torrents in the search listings, and personally i find the results far more relevant most of the time. I think yahoo and bing are superior s.e.'s and better for business, so in reality we should be promoting them for surfers to use. Okay that all sounds pretty fragmented..heh...but in summary- Google out:Yahoo/Bing in
