I am so fucking sick of this and I imagine some of you might of been in a similar situation at some point. I have 2 guys roomates, one of them is super in love with this ignorant whore who thinks she owns our house... Its really starting to get to me...... She is basically living here 5 nights a week, when she is not watching my satellite or using my shower she is being fucking annoying as hell.... She seems to think she can walk in our house whenever and doesnt know how to knock, she parks behind me blocking me in the driveway all the fucking time as well... The sick part is this girl is fucking super super rich, all daddys money but she thinks our 5 bedroom house is alot more fun to stay at then her million dollar house with staff (no joke)

Anyways, countless bitching to the guy and the girl have done nothing but want them to irritate me more, well... I am not one to irritate because I will do something stupid... As you will read below.. Here is my plan

I think I will recruit a homeless person to live in our basement 5 days a week, he is free to shower and watch Tv as well, I am hoping this teaches a lesson, think it would work? Hell for shock value I think it would be funny anyways ;)

As for her parking behind me, I will no longer ask her to move her car, but I will have it impounded and towed away at her cost...

I also bought a few signs for the front door that says "Guests Please Use side entrance"

any more ideas before I give them both a psychological thrashing?

When she walks in, 'borrow' her keys and in front of her, snap off the door key. Tell her the next time she 'walks in' you'll have her charged for B&E...

Park at the end of the drive so she can't get in??Or ask city hall what the limtations are on impound signage and the approved wording. Try to make it include Guests using the private drive, will be towed at owners expense... (Most cities want that in a real specific way)

Or as my old man would do, declare war on the roomate and tell him he has to get out and take his garbage pail with him.

dude was in the exact same situation.... had room mates who completely abused all my shit and a piece of shit tree hugging girlfriend. Theyd eat my food, watch my tv.... it got to the point where I couldnt even be in the same room as these people. My solution was to slowly mentally abuse them.

They had little/no money so theyd give me the rent checks and Id hold them for like 30 days, then cash them so they'd bounce... I cancelled directTV and pumped cable only to my room... We had a hot tub and a pool table which I moved to another location.... I cut off the t1 line except to my room and pretended like I didnt know what was wrong...

I could go on.... but making them feel like the poor scumbags they were was so gratifying for me... especially because he was an excellent web designer who could be making bank if he wasnt so lazy.

Why not just step up to the plate and tell the roomie with the girlfriend that things have to change or you're outa there.
Explain the situation and why it bugs you.
Tell him if she keeps staying, his part of the rent will be doubled in that he now has another who stays there most of the time.

haha I know exactly how you felt man...... Everyone is like "why cant you just get along with them?" well fuck they have no idea, I cant be in the same room as them either... All my roomates are Osap kids anyways (ontario student loan program) I like the check idea heh

As for getting a new house, I found this place and it is perfect, good rent and pretty big and close to the school and friends, I would never give anyone the satisfaction of me moving out ;)

It was so bad that when I left I just said fuck it and left all my furniture and most appliances behind. Moved out while they were asleep... and this was at the point all the cool shit in the house was already gone.... so the suckers had absolutely nothing when they woke up...no phone, no internet, no tv, no nothing... and having a t1 and then it all of a sudden being gone can really fuck with you...I imagine

Read your lease... no clue if its the same up there as her but in most states, there is a clause about having houseguests. (time of stay, sometimes prior notification... parking rules etc (water usage??)
See what it says and go talk to the landlord. If they can't break his portion of the lease, maybe that *can* force her to be added TO it...

When I was in the army, and after I got out, I had roomates for about 2 years, it was ok, but alot of times when new girlfriends come in the picture, hassles can occur.

Give it to both of them straight. Now since he's on the lease, you might not be able to kick him out, but if you have to be an asshole alot if talking doesn't work, then they might both decide to leave??
