I think his threat should be taken seriously, this is exactly the sort of thing he would do. I have been saying for some time that this guy is the bottom of the shit pile. This threat of his proves up. Why even think about reporting other webmasters to the IRS, let alone make the threat on a public forum?

I pay my taxes but I'm sure many of you don't. To be 100% honest I resent people who do not pay thier taxes, they have a very unfair advantage over people who do and that's total fucking bullshit. Why should I have 35% more expenses running my business than non-taxpayers do? While this may piss me off to no end, I would NEVER EVER report anyone to the IRS. That's just plain fucking evil.

It looks to me like Mr Frisky was joking when he made that remark. But in any case, I don't see how the IRS would have anything to go by, seeing as how you only display the totals by country on your site. For all they know, each individual epassporte holder could have only $100 each stuck in epass.

While not everyone hoarded their money in epass to evade taxes, those that did do will have some interesting times ahead. Imagine getting a 5 to 6 figures wire from a tax haven tomorrow, that's gonna raise a few flags for sure and put them under the microscope.

I pay all my taxes. I take all legal deductions to the fullest extent of the law. There are lots of things you can legally do to get deductions.

If someone wants to roll the dice and not pay their taxes that is their choice. If they get caught they should anti up though. What pisses me off is the people who don't pay, get caught then get reductions on how much they owe. I remember someone coming on gfy and bragging about how they had owed a ton of money in taxes and had it reduced significantly or wiped out. I think that is bullshit, if they want people to pay then they should at least stop cutting breaks for the people who cheat and get caught.

Been there done that, a audit is not fun. No matter how good your book keeping is at the end of a audit you will end up owing more money. Believe it or not when someone reports another person they both get audited. This happened to a buddy of mine who's ex girlfriend tried to get back at him.

You can't just "report" someone. You have to submit actual detailed information. It's not like you can simply email them and say "I think this person is committing tax evasion".

If you've ever had to deal with the IRS, you will know they are not going to give a shit about this. If you get audited by their doing, that is on them. They are understaffed and out of money, even though they were just given more funds and employees.
