How are you determining that anyone is giving you 100 points? How many points in total do you have? I always leave a comment. If you tell me what it was, I can tell you if it was me or not.

and no, we do not determine how many points we are giving or taking.

positive those 130 came from 1 person, back when I was on 2 or 3 dots (noone except juicy had the same - shit, ok now I know who sent them). so you got 39 from v_rock... Alright man, so this post made me decide to dig into the rep system and see how it works.

This is my finding:

Administrator's Reputation Power

Register Date Factor
