My site was actually accepted by Paypal to sell memberships to surfers. It is a non nude foot fetish site and they said I can go ahead and start accepting payments. I never did but I wonder if they would suspend my account anyway.

I heard back from PayPal again today, after providing them with further information including my HunkMoney site URL and explicitly mentioning that this is a PORN affiliate program and that I want to use PayPal ONLY for b2b affiliate payouts. Their response was:

i would NEVER trust them for something like that.
they have been KNOWN to freeze accounts in seconds with zero warning, and usually takes 3-6 months to get your funds back Edit: i would want a strong contract with them before even considering this option. |
This is a mistake.
You should call her back and say "Hello, I run "runaway teen whores with assholes full of cum" and then explain what you want to do. Your answer will not only be different, there will be a long, uncomfortable pause and awkward silence. |

Im not surprised, because paypal has been processing some "almost adult" dating sites and also it has processed many adult forums...
However we are always in risk of having the account freeze. we can never be sure. but anyway, is still good news. . |
Based on lots of pain in the past I would never trust them personally.

i use them all the time, but neither from my email or the message subject you can tell it's adult. and i ask my clients first what their email is. only once someone used an adult domain for his paypal account i dealt with, but also that went through fine.

Got my first adult paypal payment today... :) Kind of nice!

yeeeeeeeeeah, I dunno about paypal.
Years back I contacted them, on the phone and asked about adult B2B stuff, they told me it was totally fine as long as it was B2B, and not C2B and happily I added paypal to my business and started taking paypal payments, no less than 2 weeks later my account was closed and I was waiting 180 business days (roughly 1/2 a year or more) for my money... I was NOT happy at all. Oh, and it was closed for... you guessed it "Processing Adult Transactions" heheh. I've been using paypal now again for years and it's been under mainstream or "service" conditions only, and in the name of saving me from the trouble of getting a new account, it's going to stay that way. |
