yeah, because when you go on vacation while people and companies are going out of business, and people are killing themselves... that is not terrible. The fact that he never personally addressed any of his clients over the last month is terrible. The fact that he gave no facts, assurances, or explanations, is terrible.

Yes, things happen outside one's control and it can have a detrimental effect, however knowing you lost money how can you defend Chris when you know he still has millions?
