TGP Cropper? - GoFuckYourself.com

When i had XP running i used to use a simple proggy called TGP Cropper a lot, Basically it worked in exactly the same way as the crop tool you find on TGP scripts for making thumbnails but as a standalone programme. Unfortunately it doesnt work on Windows 7. Are there any siple alternatives out thare that do the same simple job?
I've done a search but what i've found don't work in the same way. I.E. they dont let you imput the size of the window you want to start off with and you have to try and guess the dimensions (If that makes sense!)

I use MWSnap for some stuff, might be slightly different but comes in handy and is free

right click the executable, and run in windows xp compatible mode, should work fine.

I tried that, didn't work

Windows tells me i need NET framework 1.1 or higher, i have Net 4 but the proggy doesnt accept that and 1.1 isnt Win 7 compatable.

Its from JMPsoft, there is a link in their members area for old legacy proggys, its in there.
