Epassporte payments are welcome again for buying traffic. HOWEVER if you send money to me via epassporte and don't buy traffic and something bad happens to epassporte don't expect me to refund your money via paypal wire or some other method. Some guys think they can use me as a safe haven for their epass funds with no intention of ever buying traffic. Any refunds in the future will be made via the same method you paid in, no exceptions.

Get your payments in now guys, I have lots of cheap traffic right now, $1 per k premium popunders. Did a test buy to a dating site as a affiliate I sent 100k cost me $100 did 2 paid upgrades at $75 a pop. I have a lot of german and french of this traffic.

so are you semi safe haven

if epassporte goes tits up do we lose the money back with you or do you honor the payment

or do we lose

if it the first that a good deal, we transfer it to you, epassporte doesn't go belly up we get our money back

if it does we get traffic.

I honor the payment and you can use it to buy traffic, if epass goes belly up the funds you sent me via epassporte you can still use to buy traffic. There is no risk on your part. To avoid the chance of guys trying to use me as a safe haven, there will be NO REFUNDS for epassporte payments. You can use the funds to buy traffic. In other words if you send me $1000 epassporte and later want a refund of unused funds, it's not gonna happen, you have to use the funds to buy traffic.
