You have got to be damn sure that you have ALL of that though before providing this service in any volume.

However you should verify every client with Docs pretty much just as any bank would do....you could be in a world of shit if you don?t.

The reason is simple, you have to be able to prove beyond any doubt that you have done this in good faith and that you have verified all clients to eliminate Money laundering or criminal acts.

This makes perfect sense. But I believe she says she verifies docs somewhere.

Sally: Well you see epass went under and i was helping this guy move his money.
IRS: Where did this 50k come from and who is this person you are doing the transaction with?
Sally: Oh its some guy from GFY that I have no clue who he is or where the money came from. Whats the big deal? Just sayin?
IRS: Well the issue is MR.X was using his account to fund online gambleing which is against US laws
Sally: Well i didnt know where the money was coming from to be honest it was a honest mistake! Just sayin!
IRS: Ignorance of the law is no excuse...Just sayin

I mean seriously who keeps 50k 100k in a online virtual visa....I can assure you no one up to any good or their simply hiding money from the tax guy. Also note that any time that you recieve a wire of 10k or more in the US the bank automatically will report that to the IRS. So keep on doing what your doing and see how far you make it ;)

It may be true for US citizens, but for many people outside of US epass was actually safer than their local banks. Do you have any idea how many banks went bankrupts during 2008-2009? And those money were usually not insured, unlike US accounts.

I kept too large amount in epass only because I almost lost money in 2 different legitimate banks at the end of 2008. Was pure luck I did not actually lose anything there. May now be loosing at Epass. We'll see how far my luck goes.

Sally

If I transfer $20,000 to you from my epassporte account, will you transfer me $16,000 anywhere I want even to say 3 different banks in different countries to accounts of associates of mine I would like to pay money to?

What would you need from me to effect these transactions? My proof of ID? Their proof of ID? Will you forward me your proof of ID? Or do we just trust each other?

As much as I liked your postings on the chargeback thread, I must write that your post in this thread seems to me to be both disingenuous and more than a bit of a Red Herring, in that I have never sugggested, implied or stated that I would be willing to act as a payment processor or money transfer service in the manner which you describe. Those respects render your questions irrelevant and moot.

Just FIRMLY sayin'.

You know full well that was a hypothetical question as not only have I suggested people consider carefully the legality of these schemes on many similar threads, but also, if I was really interested in the service I would be contacting you direct to keep my shady dealings private.

The point of my question was to give you the chance to explain WHY those of us who believe you are on shaky ground are wrong and that the service you offer is as you say "legal".

I added the multiple different recipients part because I assumed "unlimited bank wires" meant to more than one recipient as it would be a bit silly to break one wire to one person into many.

Stating your documentation requirements and procedure here for the record could help you gain credibility, and reassure the dubious.

No, it's not. Such transactions take place by the millions every day on the trading floors, in the boardrooms and sometimes even in the smoke-filled back rooms of financial and business institutions in New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and virtually every other city in the world every day.

Want to know why it's legal? Do what I did. Go hire a lawyer to fnd out why. Hire a good lawyer though because an inept lawyer will steer you the wrong way.

In the meantime, unless and until you become more educated on the matter, I suggest that you GFY.

Hey Sally, we've already established you are REALLY REALLY smart, right. If you were just a little bit smarter you would see you look like a ballsy pushy bimbette. I dont want to put you on ignore because you may have something worth reading someday. So I offer some friendly advice, tone it down a notch. Free advice, take it or leave it.

Although your advice is well taken, I beleive that you need to consider the character of the content of the posts preceeding yours before you make too much noise about it.

As you know, I am rather fond of the moves "Pulp Fiction" and "Boondock Saints:All Saints Day" and want to eat Julie Benz in the middle of times Square at 3:00 in the afternoon. I'd also like to fuck Billy Connoly, Sean and Patrick all at once.

As far as "toning it down", I don't see anyone questioining me toning down then, do you? A Mod tells me to tone it down, I tone it down but will request that the same admonition to apply to others.

From "Pulp Fiction:

"The Wolf: Jimmie, lead the way. Boys, get to work.

Vincent: A please would be nice.

The Wolf: Come again?

Vincent: I said a please would be nice.

The Wolf: Get it straight buster - I'm not here to say please, I'm here to tell you what to do and if self-preservation is an instinct you possess you'd better fucking do it and do it quick. I'm here to help - if my help's not appreciated then lotsa luck, gentlemen.

Jules: No, Mr. Wolf, it ain't like that, your help is definitely appreciated.

Vincent: I don't mean any disrespect, I just don't like people barking orders at me.

The Wolf: If I'm curt with you it's because time is a factor. I think fast, I talk fast and I need you guys to act fast if you wanna get out of this. So, pretty please... with sugar on top. Clean the fucking car."

There is an analogy here I think.

And as far as you adding me to your ignore list? Do whatever you think is right and whatever it is you think you gotta do. I can't control what you do and am not going to try.

I just took time out of my life to reply to you and there is never enough of life to go around, so think about that for a moment.

Let us focus on that for a sec.

Pulp Fiction is 16 years old. It was REALLY cool back then - so cool that you could probably quote it all day long and people would think you were cool. Nowadays, quoting of it would probably go like this:

Pulp quote #1:
People: Ah, Pulp Fiction!

Pulp quote #2:

People: Okay...well we'll give you that because it's Pulp Fiction, one-of-a-kind, and cool enough such that even after this much time, quoting it twice isn't a faux pas...

Pulp quote #3:

People: K this is getting annoying...this isn't The Hangover right when it came out, this is a 16 year old movie...enough's enough!

Pulp quote #4:

*People strangle quoter*
