Markov, a huge database of targetted content (I mean HUGE) and the results will be pretty cool. It's all about the content to feed the generator. I don't know any out of the box program or script, get someone from Scriptlance or whereever to code it for you, won't be expensive.

On the other hand, the best times of doorways are over...already for several years. 100k pages doesn't mean traffic.

I used to use a cloaking program years ago, can't recall the name now, did what you're looking for from the sounds of it. Those kind of tricks largely don't work anymore.

I go the quality over quantity approach these days, maintaining thousands of sites is a pain in the ass.
