thats right! Its free! I requested my card some time ago because of that. Its FREE.
It helped me a lot with this actual situation! At least I can cashout AFF, where I send most of my traffic and where most of my funds come from!

They keep a low profile
but considering what happened to epass, i would not whore myself out if i was them
They have a stable concept, they don't want to much people playing the system like the poker and gamblers did with epass

Anyway, order a card, or use one of the sponsors to have one ordered for you

I only had epass because I had too. It was impossible to purchase some services I wanted without it.

I will get another whatever card when this becomes the case once again.

As far as getting paid by programs I get a check in the mail.
