Still no epassporte alternatives :( Step to biz reorganizations..

As can be seen only a few affiliate programs who are concerned for their webmasters, have added payouts to Payoneer or another fast payments solutions. Most others don't worrying about it and to waiting for something. It should not be so..

I think a webmasters who runs a multiniche sites and work with 100's small affiliate programs - understand this situation. (wires and checks is not a good idea..)

In this situation, I see only one solution - to work with several large companies with wire and with small programs that offer an alternative fast methods of payments (not check or wire). This will help to more precisely control the flow of profits.

Sponsors should add http://www.paxum.com as a payout option.

CashX is a real alternative to ePassporte.

Many more features and options than ePass ever had and we do not rely on just a single bank.

CashX might be an alternative but I still have some question re what kind of mastercard this is? If it is one of those reloadable gift/travel cards I wouldn't waste my time on them. I have one issued by a major US mainstream affiliate program and the card is limited at best. Gets declined 1/3 of the time. My pizza guy:nope, paying my Rogers bill:nope, renewing my CAA membership:nope, paypass at Tim Hortons:nope, Moniker:Nope, Skype:nope. I could go on and on.

PAXUM and PAYONEER use the same bank. Nobody mentioned SKNANBABlablah or whatever the epass bank is called.

WillWank,

Why pay $45 per year for a prepaid mastercard? My canadian bank charges me $28 per year for my whole bank account.

My UK bank is free for life, and that includes a visa debit card. as long as I have money in there, my card is free.

Same as CashX

I admit CashX has some other fees. but $45 for a card every year is fucked.

Boy, when brains were handed out you all stood last in line?

First: You are running into a situation half cocked. That spells disaster waiting to happen all over again.

Second: Most likely that's exactly the reason why the major sponsors aren't switching head over heels. They wait it out, watch what will happen in the coming weeks and then make a decision.

Fact: You have no idea what really went down at Epass between them, the bank and VISA

Fact: For all you know this could be the start of something happening to a lot of other players. It's just as plausible that it will never happen, but the fact remains at this point you(And those large sponsors) do NOT know.

So before you run of to the next service that waves a card in your face. Why not wait a little, gather the facts, watch the Epass drama unfold, determine the reason and then make an informed decision, less likely to create disaster and drama like this Epass thing.

Settle down, take a deep breath (Breathe in the bag if you have to ) and wait it out.

Look, the issue here isn't whether or not you have to pay 45 bucks for the card. To get a fully fledged international MC from CashX you will probably have to pay a yearly fee too. None of this matters if none of the "wannabe's" can convince sponsors that they have their shit together and can offer a safe, secure and a trustworthy service that works for the adult industry. Personally I want to see 2 or perhaps 3 good alternatives, why not CashX if they checks out good.

Agreed,

I just don't trust the payoneer and paxum soloutions. And I don't like the set-up either.

I'm sure I read paxum is using Choice Bank (something they seem to be hiding), the same bank as Payoneer. Which is in belize. If anything happens to that bank everyone using payoneer and paxum will be screwed. chosing them 2 alone would be a very bad move.

I like the looks of OKPay, CashX and Alert Pay.

All 3 very different companies. But more solid looking companies.

Is paxum covered by any major financial laws or insurances? CashX and OKPay are according to their websites.

I was wrong about OKPay, it doesn't mention on their website what they are covered by other than a reserve fund.

I'm sure I read somewhere they are insured by certain government insurances somewhere though. Will have to look into that.

One thing I would like to mention while we are talking alternatives is,

All the alternatives are mastercard based and there is quite a few of them. Ironic? I think not. Visa always seems to be a fucker to deal with in certain cases.

Even alertpay doesn't have ATM card for withdraw,it support domestic bank transfer, which takes 24 hour and it cost even less then for example atm withdraw on epass. And also you can send money directly with your credit card, which make it zero risk since you dont need to hold money on it.

This is not true.
Paxum fee is 44.95 per year
Cash X fee is 2.95 per month or 35.40 per year.

Please explain where did you see that the card is free for life?

Epass will probably make it through the current woes, but they will be worthless for international customers without a credit card.

Several smaller companies will see an increase in business because of epass.
What the industry needs is a stable, reliable and trustworthy replacement for epassporte, though. All these smaller "replacements" that try to jump in the business are not good enough.

The only company with an already good adoption rate is payoneer. They could replace epassporte easily in the next few months. The only question is if they want all the adult business...

Paxum uses the belize bank for the MC... The wallet is Bank of Montreal in Canada.

CashX - Not sure what banks they use... They won't tell us what banks the wallet money is held in and they've also said something about it being different depending on where you live... In addition, although the site says the MC is from a bank in California, they've also implied that the cards could be different depending on what you want/need... In other words, I have no freakin idea where the money is held. There's also the issue that the MC is a "travel" card.

OkPay - You should check out where the company is registered.. The card is issued by a bank in Cyrpus... You should really read the TOS... Scary...

Have you asked CashX what bank the wallet money is held in? I did and got a "we have many banking relationships" answer.. So no idea.

SuperDuperCards is the real good alternative. For every dollar you put onto your SuperDuperAccount(tm) we double your balance!
No more worries about security... we are backed by the biggest bank in the continent of Antarctica.

Did I say you get a Mastercard as well as a Visa for free for lifetime?
