PAXUM and PAYONEER use the same bank. Nobody mentioned SKNANBABlablah or whatever the epass bank is called.

Why pay $45 per year for a prepaid mastercard? My canadian bank charges me $28 per year for my whole bank account.
My UK bank is free for life, and that includes a visa debit card. as long as I have money in there, my card is free.

I admit CashX has some other fees. but $45 for a card every year is fucked.
